The Winslow Profile is the most comprehensive assessment available to measure the personality, behavior and attitudes of individuals. The Profile measures 24 personality traits, on a bi-polar scale, for a total of 48 dimensions of personality. It measures every trait relevant to success in all careers and happiness in all life styles.

The Winslow Profile contains special control questions that determine the accuracy and objectivity of the answers Believer's give to the questions in the Profile.

• Valid Reports Guaranteed: Bible-based Reports will only be prepared when answers to the Profile questions are both accurate and objective.
• Unlimited Retakes: There is no additional fee when a participant must retake the Profile because their answers were not accurate and objective descriptions of their personality and behavior.

Two versions of Winslow Bible-based Reports are available to the Believer and their Minister, Personal Coach or Counselor.

Believer's Report
A 45 to 55 page Report presents detailed information to the Believer on their personality, behavior and attitudes. Included in each report are profile charts, trait descriptions, influential traits, personality assets and areas of potential concerns, and suggestions for development.

Minister's / Counselor's Report
A condensed Report is available to the Believer's minister or counselor. This version enables them to most effectively help Believer's to achieve the career success and/or personal happiness they deserve.

Composite profiles are prepared for any groups of Believers desired. The average scores for all Believer's in a group are presented in one Group Profile. These profiles enable ministers and counselors to identify the strengths and synergies of select groups of Believers, and are valuable in Bible study groups.

A private, secure Winslow Bible-based Website is setup for every minister / counselor to administer and manage their assessment activity. This system enables you to conveniently purchase Profile Passwords, activate Passwords for Believers, enable Believers to complete the Profile on the Internet, access completed Reports, manage your group profiles, and other special functions.

A Winslow Certified Consultant will train you to become a Winslow Website Administrator. This training will enable you to manage your assessment and Website activity. If desired, you can receive additional training required to become a Winslow Profiles Certified Minister, Counselor or Personal Coach, for a nominal certification fee.
